You may publish posts, Vibes, live sessions, comments, messages and other content. You retain ownership, while granting FayaFire a non-exclusive licence to host, display, format, moderate and distribute that content within the platform features you use.
Public means visibleOnly share content you have the right to publish. Avoid posting private, sensitive or misleading information.
FayaFire is a nudity-free community built for creation, discovery and connection.
Engage without harassment or abuse.
Never use FayaFire for unlawful conduct.
Do not manipulate reach or post repetitive promotions.
Do not post nudity or sexual content involving minors.
Do not impersonate others or mislead people.
Never threaten, exploit or endanger another person.
FayaFire has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), CSAM, grooming or sexualization of children. Our full standards are published in the Privacy Policy — Child Safety Standards.

Magifts are FayaFire virtual gifts that users can send to creators and other users to show support and appreciation. Magifts have no cash value outside the platform unless we expressly state otherwise.
Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment processing through Apple App Store or Google Play is also governed by Apple or Google terms. Refunds, reversals and disputes depend on the store or payment provider involved.
FayaFire software, interface, brand, original content and platform technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use FayaFire for its intended purposes.
You must not misuse FayaFire or help another person do so.
We may limit, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations or enforce these terms.
You may stop using FayaFire or request account deletion at any time, subject to lawful record-retention requirements.
